Job/Practice Description:

• A traditional hospitalist service, 12 to 13 hr shifts, 7 days on 7 days off with 1 week of nights every 4 shifts or 8 weeks.
• Open ICU that hospitalists admit but also 24/7 intensivist coverage. Procedures such as central, art lines, paracentesis preferred but not required.
• Several other specialties do these procedures as well in addition to a PICC team during days. Pay is hourly with $130/hr days, $140/hr swing, and $150/nights.
• Average hospitalist makes near $280,000 annual. There is 1 week of PTO (84 hrs) each year traditionally used in conjunction with your weeks off for a 3-week vacation.

Profile Background:

• BC/BE, and US trained or completed a US residency
• Open to J-1/H1B visa candidates with good English communication skills
