Summary:

The HFA Asset Movement Specialist plays a critical role in the successful execution of asset movement and account funding transactions for Huntington Financial Advisors. The specialist will provide operational support to Investment Teams and provide timely feedback to investment representatives regarding submitted items and transactions impacting their clients. Attention to detail and knowledge of firm and industry regulations are critical to provide timely service to our clients and reduce risk.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review and process asset movement requests submitted from field representatives.
• Review daily reports. Identify and escalate issues.
• Respond to inquiries from field representatives as it relates to asset movement and account funding.
• Deposit checks for HFA clients.
• Perform account valuation calculations for clients.
• Other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year in an Investment/Brokerage Operations role
• High School diploma

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail
• Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience involving cashiering or money movement responsibilities, preferably in the banking or securities industries
• FINRA Series 99
