Summary

The MIL Corporation seeks a User Support, Analyst to work directly with federal clients to resolve questions and issues with Unison Software PRISM v7 procurement software.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to provide a broad range of solutions to PRISM software issues
• Help drive successful operation of PRISM product suite by delivering high quality support services to government clients
• Ensure assigned tasks are performed on target, on time, and on budget, and that client personnel appreciate the value of the work performed
• Ensure all help tickets are properly tracked from inception to resolution
• Support basic functional testing and training
• Support users with deskside assistance, as needed
• Understand client’s business objectives and help clients achieve their goals

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience with Unison Software (formerly Compusearch) PRISM v7
• Ability to solve basic application issues to include, but not be limited to, routing, roles, requisitions, solicitations, and basic contracts
• Ability to analyze and create documentation for users
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• US Citizenship
• Per federal guidelines, you may be required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination or willingness to obtain vaccination
