Per nostri clienti con sede a Torino, siamo alla ricerca di Help-Desk appartenenti alle Categorie Protette.

I candidati ideali dovranno essere in possesso delle seguenti caratteristiche:

• Esperienza pregressa nell’attività di Help Desk/Supporto IT;

• Esperienza pregressa in assistenza Hardware e Software, PC e Mobile;

• Conoscenza reti informatiche classiche: router, switch e protocolli IP;

• Conoscenza della gestione di ambienti Server e Active Directory;

• Capacità di lavorare in team, problem solving, proattività;

• Disponibilità part-time;

• Disponibilità in tempi brevi.
