We are hiring a Program Director to help the Gym Director launch a new The Little Gym. We are a seeking an energetic, fun, bright leader to join our team, coach classes and train team members on our curriculum. You must have a sincere love of children and fitness. This is a full-time career level position, responsible for the overall performance of The Little Gym. You will spend approximately 60% of your time teaching, with the balance devoted to day-to-day operations and building a top-notch team of individuals who are 100% committed to providing outstanding customer service.

What we expect from you…

• Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don’t worry, we’ll teach you how!)
• Train other staff to teach the best classes to the greatest kids
• Lead a team in providing outstanding customer service and membership experience second to none. We treat members like family.
• Coordinate staff schedules and birthday parties
• Maintain facility and equipment
• Sell The Little Gym program to new members
• Assist the Gym Director

• You’re a leader - Eager to help with staff training, inspire and support all instructors to teach great classes, camps, and parties.
• Establishing a new team and launching The Little Gym would be a welcome challenge
• Taking the initiative excites you.
• Your background is in child development, physical education, fitness, gymnastics, Kinesiology or a related field.
• You’ve got experience working with children as an instructor, teacher, youth counselor or other related areas.
• You live to serve! Making others feel good makes you feel good.
• Kids really like you, but their parents really like you too
• You love to have fun but you know when to buckle down and get work done
• You’re totally open to being a goofball and love giving high 5’s.
• Strong work ethic

Desired experience:

• Associates degree or higher
• Instructing children: 2 years (Preferred)
• Participating in gymnastics, dance, sports, or cheer: 3 years (Preferred)

Pay: $13-$16/hr depending on experience
