Job description
Provide excellent Customer Service. Friendly and reliable. Greet guest upon arrivals and checkouts. Clean and maintain guest hotel rooms to required standards. Able to make beds, change linens, dust furniture, vacuum, empty trash and other duties. Ensure rooms are fully stocked and serviced to the highest standards. Provide towels and supplies to guest upon requests and other amenities. Respond to guest queries promptly and in a polite manner. This Job requires physical mobility and stamina. Must be able to work with little supervision.
