The Receptionist / Welcomist will be part of the General Services teams in performing various activities: welcoming and registering guests, managing incoming calls, supporting with general logistic and other courtesy services.

How you will contribute (Key accountabilities)
- Reception of incoming personnel and registration of any external guests / suppliers.
- Receiving, managing and sorting incoming calls.
- General logistic staff information (numbers in the phone book, location of the rooms and offices within the structure, preparation of meeting rooms).
- Taxi booking or other courtesy services on request of the staff.
Things that should be in your background:
- High school diploma.
- Fluent English, spoken and written. Other languages as a plus.
- Availability to work on shifts and during the Weekends.
- Preferential previous experience in the role and in similar contexts
