Coral Springs Auto Mall Team! We are looking for a
Full-Time Greeter for our
Nissan store.
Coral Springs Auto Mall has been doing business in Coral Springs since 1984. We proudly sell and service New and Used Honda, Nissan, Kia, Buick and GMC Vehicles. What you will be doing:
- Welcome on-site visitors as they enter the Showroom and/or Service, determine nature of business, and introduce visitors to the appropriate personnel
- Provide excellent customer service experience, by maintaining the highest degree of courtesy, confidentiality and professionalism
- Comfortable asking questions to determine customer needs
- Cross-train with other positions to support the team
- Maintain and upkeep the customer lounge(s) and other waiting areas along with customer facing location(s)
- Other various assigned tasks from the Nissan General Manager and General Sales Manager
What we need from you:
- bilingual preferred
- Advanced data entry and typing skills
- Ability to stand on your feet and walk during shift
- Light lifting (less than 15 lbs)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate confidence, professionalism, and enthusiasm
- Ability to work in a fast-paced automotive dealership environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and Holidays
