National Vision is currently looking for a Graphics Designer to join our growing team!

Dedicated to a brand, the incumbent creates marketing materials that promote the National Vision brands and objectives. This position is part of a team working to accurately represent America's Best products online, in-store and in other content.

What Would You Do? The Specifics.

• Designs unique and visually compelling materials such as website assets, digital and print media, signage, additional print materials, and other items needed to support the brands’ marketing and communication goals.
• Translates strategic direction from the marketing and communications teams into high-quality designs within established brand identities and guidelines.
• Works collaboratively with other members of the creative team.
• Manages work flow, taking projects from concept to final delivery, while working on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ensures all designs meet deadlines, quality and time requirements.
• Uploads, organizes and maintains files to Digital Asset Manager (DAM).
• Liaises with other levels of the organization and external vendors when necessary.
• Keeps current on industry trends, design tools and software.

Work Experience

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, or a related discipline. (Required)

Education

• Two years of college or equivalent experience. or technical school degree. Required
• Four year college degree or equivalent experience. Preferred

Additional Skills

• Proficient knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Required
• Proven Portfolio demonstration expertise. Required
• Experience with Video Production. Required
• Keen attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines. Preferred
• Exceptional organizational, creativity and design skills. Required
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments. Required
