Kemin Operations is looking for a Graduate Development Trainee to join their team! Kemin has designed the Kemin Graduate program where you can work, learn, and most of all develop yourself in the first two years of your career. In this role, you will participate in several functions of Kemin's Operation teams including Supply Chain, Warehousing, and Production working on specific tasks to support the overall operation of Kemin's production team. This role is located at our Headquarters in Des Moines, Iowa.

- Perform department specific tasks which may include shipping and receiving functions, obtaining inventory requirements of raw materials to support production needs, understanding production schedules for raw material arrivals, and working with production staff to ensure requirements are met for respective departments.
- Assist production supervisors in managing and mentoring production staff toward established production goals
- Actively complete department specific goals during each rotation
- Complete all required training of the program
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Sciences
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a team environment
- Ability to follow Standard Operations Procedures
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
