POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting to the Director, Integrations (Global) the Global Project Integrations Lead is responsible for the project management of the customer integration implementations and custom ATS Product requests for both new and existing customers.


You will support and advise the Global Integrations team with a specific emphasis on on-time delivery, quality outcomes and representation of the priorities within the Revenue Group that are aligned to global Revenue attainment.


As Global Project Integrations Lead you will regularly interact with customers requiring Integrations Implementation support as well as partner with internal stakeholders with a primary focus on coordinating Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Global Support and Engineering.


About the Role:

What You'll Do:

This role is to lead and manage the Global Integrations Projects, both customer and Product as required.

This includes broad cross-functional project team management - across multiple Applicant Tracking System (ATS) integration implementation projects - spanning the end-to-end delivery of ATS/HRIS integrations including the following:


  • Lead and manage customer integration implementation projects, with a focus on process efficiencies and ensuring all stakeholders (both internal & external) are prepared in advance to maximize meeting effectiveness, and speed up the onboarding process
  • Identify any risks within customer or product project delivery that may impact strategic KPI's
  • Lead and facilitate project outcomes internally relating to custom integration project requests, including prioritization within roadmap and within contractual obligations
  • In conjunction with Director Partnerships, coordinate and liaise with partners who are building repeatable integrations for required demos, documentation and market launch activities prior to go live
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and provide solutions, within team and across teams.
  • Using your experience with customers, regularly contribute to GTM questions raised via Salesforce or Teams
  • Contribute to integration documentation to ensure it is up to date, including:
    • Quick Facts
    • Integration Guides
    • Demo videos
    • Activation and Support Guides
    • Tech Guides
    • Help Docs Articles
    • Salesforce pricing changes, adding to drop-downs, templates etc
  • Work with Global Support Team to refine and enhance technical support and service delivery, including process improvements via Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Provide detailed reports and insights to ATS/HRIS metrics via Salesforce
  • Liaise with Director, Partnerships to provide service level delivery feedback on implementations and support received with ATS Partners.

Acting Team Leadership/Management Responsibilities


The incumbent will also have interim operational team management responsibilities during parental leave cover for a 9-12 month period from mid 2023 – early 2024. This will include:

  • Actively manage and support direct reports to ensure they are fully aware of and supported to execute client requirements and deliverables.
  • Coordination of Global Integrations Team across all customer & product projects
  • Facilitate appropriate technical training and continuing professional development for all team members.

To be successful in this role the incumbent will demonstrate the following:

  • Domain expertise in the Criteria platform and nature of how Criteria integrates with ATS/HRIS platforms
  • Strong CSM skills with an ability to satisfy the customer with the aim of retaining and upselling Criteria product offering
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to proactively manage customer expectations, project plans, scope creep, budgets, multiple team resources, issues, and internal/external statuses
  • Decision making capability in line with GSAs priorities as guided by Revenue's KPIs
  • Ability to coordinate and manage multiple cross-functional departments, initiatives and activities to expertly execute client ATS integrations
  • Ability or deep desire to lead Integration Product initiatives
  • Experience in or deep desire to learn the Video/Structured Interviewing Criteria product
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software such as O365, Teams, SharePoint, Trello and Planner Boards, Visio and Seismic.
  • Proficient with Project Management software and familiar with agile product methodologies.
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple projects across customers while contributing to internal initiatives.

This is a U.S. based remote position; therefore, relocation is not available for this position.
