We have an exciting opportunity for a Global Account Executive in the New York City area. The Global Account Executive handles nurturing and growing the client relationship and farming up-sell and cross-selling opportunities to increase market share in the account. This includes order booking and revenue growth with an eye on margins and total contract value (TCV). This role is sales focused and will directly manage P&L of the account.

• At least 15+ years of experience in selling IT Services to Banking & Financial Services clients in Tier-1 or Tier-2 competitive organizations. (Investment Banking client experience preferred).
• At least 12+ years of experience as a P&L owner, with experience directly managing at least a $25mm + portfolio.
• Broad selling experience over a range of IT Services portfolio across client service lines, including Cloud, Data, Analytics, Infra, Cyber Security, and others.
• Experience carrying targets on revenue, bookings, and operating margins.
• Robust knowledge of global delivery model and methodologies.
• Experience pitching and presenting to CXO levels in Banking and FS.
• Collaborative with a keen ability to partner with other teams in various service lines and anchor together for the account.
• Presenting and publishing the proposals (taking proactive initiative and RFP, RFI, etc.)
• Work closely with senior customer IS team (CIO, VPs, and Directors) to suggest, advice, evaluate, and prime business growth.

• As the Global Account Executive, you are accountable for overall delivery, growth, and profitability to our banking and financial services client(s).
• Building and managing client relationship with key decision makers at the CXO level, whilst building trust in understanding the client’s overall business goals.
• Positioning Wipro as a Strategic IT partner and find opportunities to implement IT solutions, while managing account to achieve and scale client goals and contributing to new business development efforts.
• Own the account plan process to include budget preparation, in synchronization with sales executives and industry leaders.
• Serve as the face of the industry and Wipro, in front of the client to build further rapport and secure contract renewal.
