Lead a Dynamic All American Pet Resorts in North Brunswick!

Our canine guests are not just pets, they are family! At All American Pet Resorts of North Brunswick, we want to take care of our community’s pets with the highest quality care. Our resort has a dynamic team that works together to ensure the needs of our clients are met through compassion and knowledge. You will manage our hardworking staff, collaborate with team members, and work to effectively implement a successful strategic plan.

Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:

· Providing excellent standard of care for our guests and monitor closely their health and wellbeing

· Providing top-notch customer service

· Overseeing and participating, in regular facility sanitization and cleaning, kennel and daycare duties (animal care; feedings, medications etc.)

· Hiring/Training/Mentoring/Managing kennel staff and their schedules (collaboratively with the Owner)

· Following and enforcing Standard Operating Procedures

· Attending and holding meetings

· Reviewing staff time sheets

· Troubleshooting repairs

· Inventory and ordering of all supplies

Required:

-2+ years of management experience in a similar environment and/or experience at a pet resort, Veterinarian, animal hospital, rescue, and/or animal shelter

-Weekend availability.

-Reliable transportation.

-Physically able to perform all duties associated with the Kennel Technician Position, which includes:

· able to work on their feet for lengthy periods of time

· physically able to lift, hold or restrain animals of all sizes and temperaments

-Self-motivated and works well independently as well as on a team

-Strong communication & leadership skills

-Hard working, punctual, and reliable

Knowledge and/or experience in the following areas:

-Time and task management

-Problem solving and resolution

-Basic computer skills i.e., Microsoft Office suite

-Interpersonal skills with staff and clients and works well in a team environment.

-Staff management including coaching, developing, and motivating staff.

-Make decisions confidently and effectively.

-Maintains professional and courteous manner with staff and clients.

Job Type: Full-time
