Job Description:

• Ensuring company policies regarding health, safety, and security are followed by everyone.
• Optimizing profits by controlling costs.
• Training, and developing new employees while taking disciplinary action when needed.
• Assess employee performance and provide helpful feedback and training opportunities.
• Maintaining an overall management style that follows company best practices.
• Monitoring store activity and ensuring it is properly provisioned and staffed.
• Providing leadership, support, and direction to all employees.
• Providing exceptional customer service and quality product to customers.
• Resolving customer issues to their overall satisfaction.
• Maintaining stores to standards, including stocking and cleaning.
• Working closely with Area Manager to fulfill the needs of the store.
• Being able to lift 50lbs + boxes.
• Being available weekdays and weekends.
