Job description

CWS is currently looking for a reliable Gate Attendant to fill an immediate opening in Eagle Pass, Tx. Interested candidates should have at least 1 year of previous experience in the transportation/logistics industry on access control and be able to resolve issues.

Responsibilities:

• Understand and apply the policies of the company
• Receive and document incoming traffic such as drivers and any other vehicles that enter CWS facilities as well as outgoing traffic.
• The person on duty will need to scan and re-name receiving documents.
• Perform trailer yard inventories
• Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 year of previous experience in a similar job.
• Biingüal (preferred)
• Excellent presentation
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule
• Strong written and oral communication skills are essential.
• Ability to follow systems and procedures consistently
• Demonstrates a high level of customer service and strong communication and interpersonal skills (both listening and speaking)
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate efficiently with co-workers, drivers, warehouse, and office personal.
• Must be firm with drivers with fair leadership.
• Must be able to multi-task
• Rotating Shift

Education:

• High School Diploma

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $9.00 per hour
