Ada’s Fish House in Pismo Beach is looking for an experienced Front of House Manager.

We are a fast-paced seafood restaurant and are looking for a manager with strong people management skills and a commitment to excellence. Our manager must be charismatic and personable with great attention to detail.

Job duties include:

- Working closely with the owners to create a fun, respectful, and structured work environment.

- Maintaining a presence at the front host station at all times, greeting and seating customers and, providing exemplary customer service.

- Supervising restaurant operations and assisting all FOH staff, providing support to every position.

- Manage all customer complaints with a goal of every customer leaving happy.

- Training all positions.

- Managing labor.
