POSITION:

The purpose of the Front Desk Sales Representative is to assist the Franchise Partner + General Manager with new membership sales and member retention by executing events in and outside the studio to establish a relationship within our local community. Fitness knowledge or background is preferred but not required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Professional communication and excellent customer service skills required

• Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales goals for both membership, private training, teacher training and retail sales.

• Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system

• Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday

• Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email

• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.

• Daily and/or occasional travel may be required.
