Medical Front Desk Registrar Opportunity

Care Station is a multi-specialty medical facility with offices located in Linden, Springfield, West Orange and Secaucus. We are open 7 days a week, from 8:00am - 10:00pm.

This position will be working in the Springfield office.

2nd Shift: Hours are 4 shifts during the week working 3:15pm - 9:00pm and alternating weekends working 7:30am - 6:00pm.

We seek highly motivated individuals who are passionate about patient care, possess strong interpersonal skills, and able to function independently.

To be considered, you must have at least 1 year of experience working in a medical environment, preferably in healthcare.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Greeting patients in a friendly manner
• Verifying insurance
• Accepting insurance copays and patient payments
• Entering patient demographics into the computer, scanning, faxing and answering phones
• Scheduling appointments
• Good communication skills and electronic health records experience a must, bilingual in Spanish a plus.
