Asthma & Allergy Associates P.C. is seeking applicants for a reception/front desk position in our Ithaca/Vestal offices

The position would consist of travel between locations.

• 4 days in Ithaca (Mon, Wed, Thur, Fri)
• 1 day in Vestal (Tuesday)

Successful applicants will be reliable, detail-oriented, and possess a professional attitude and appearance. Strong communication and people skills are essential, as you will be responsible for greeting our patients as they enter the office.

Job tasks include scheduling patient appointments, strong computer proficiency and the ability to answer incoming phone calls on a multi-line system, creating triages for nurse calls, electronic faxing as well as other clerical tasks.

With offices located in Ithaca, Cortland, Elmira, Vestal, and Fayetteville, our practice has served Central New York, the Finger Lakes and the Southern Tier for over 40 years.

Our offices are open Monday-Friday, which means you’ll have weekends off. Permanent employees are entitled to health insurance, paid time off for personal use as well as most major holidays, 401(k), life insurance, and long-term disability insurance.
