We are seeking energetic, friendly and dependable experts to join our team of Front Desk Agents. The successful candidates will be responsible for answering incoming customer calls, utilizing company policies to solve customer issues and directing calls to the managerial team when necessary. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, our Front Desk Agents will be responsible for representing our organization in a professional manner while they provide the highest level of service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Answer phone calls.
• Conduct live chats on the website.
• Handle customer problems through phone, email or chat by listening to the customer and trying to understand the issue.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests.
• Provide customers with a positive experience by showing efficiency, patience and courtesy at all times.
• Learn new technologies quickly in order to provide customers with better service.
• Answer phone calls.
• Greet hotel guests through phone and email or chat.
• Handle customer problems through email or chat by listening to the customer and trying to understand the issue.
• Maintain positive relationships with co-workers and customers.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
