A local research company in Pensacola is searching for a full-time Front Desk Administrative Support to provide outstanding customer service and administrative support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to join a supportive and positive work environment.
What you’ll be doing to make an impact:
- Answer Phones
- Receiving/Shipping (mail/documents, evidence, exemplars)
- Update case lists/print/distribute
- Open and Close cases
- Building upkeep – Schedule Cleaning Crew
- Phone extension update
- Supervise Runners
- Set up/Clean-up/Order food for Inspections
- Update Contacts
- Special events
- Download/Review/Manage Documents
