We are seeking a talented, upbeat individual to join our team as a part-time Videographer & Editor at our school in Preston, WA. This person will be a team-player, with a track record of success in their last roles.

Responsibilities:

• Be able assist in writing, directing, shooting, editing and producing videos on a weekly basis.
• Be able to work with the social media/digital marketing team. (If you have experience creating social media or search engine ads, please let us know:)
• Film school events/activities in action and seek proactive opportunities to cover the happenings of the school.

You’ll be right on track if:

• You have experience in creating videos and being a self-starter.
• Your track record demonstrates how much you value clarity, consistency and effectiveness in every video you create and assist in creating.
• You understand the power of storytelling.
• You have 1-3 years creating professional video content.

It would be awesome if:

• You have a sense of humor and don’t take yourself too seriously.
• You ask questions because you know you don’t have all the answers.

Position Requirements:

• Clear fingerprint background check
• Must have patience and kindness when working with children
• Ability to discern needs and respond appropriately, sensitively and proactively.
• High degree of professionalism
• Results driven.
• Work part-time hours (10 - 20 hours a week)
