Job description

The Food Truck Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of our restaurant/Food Truck, including the selection, development, and performance management of employees. They are responsible for developing restaurant cooks/ Food Truck Cooks, Restuarant Clerks/Food Truck Clerks, and other employees to achieve sound financial results and the execution of El Super standards, including our company's mission, vision and values. The Food Truck Manager will report to the District Manager and Director of Operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Houston, TX 77031: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Restaurant/Food Truck management: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Food Handler Certification (Preferred)
• Driver's License (Preferred)
