Our team is actively seeking Floor Care Specialists to join us in our commitment to quality service and professionalism. This position is ideal for those who are passionate about cleanliness and paying attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Strip, clean and re-coat hard floor surfaces
• Operate high speed floor burnishers, rotary scrubbers
• Operate carpet cleaning equipment
• Low moisture encapsulation
• Hot water extraction
• Apply cleaning solvents
• Apply safe waste disposal procedures
• Construction cleaning
• Specialty cleaning
• Ability to use cleaning solutions and equipment

Qualifications:

• Carpet cleaning: 1 year (Required)
• Floor care: 1 year (Required)
• Must possess a valid driver's license
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be authorized to work in the US

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to effectively carry out all of the essential job duties.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Prolonged periods standing and walking and frequently pulling, pushing, and bending.
• Lift and operate machines and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.
