Flight Following Coordinator

REQUIREMENTS:

Previous dispatch or scheduling experience preferred but is not required, the selected candidate will go through in-house training.

Minimum 1-year general office experience.

Previous aviation/logistics planning experience is preferred.

Proficient with MS Office suite, web-based interfaces, and VOIP phone system operation. Demonstrate strong problem solving and communication skills via phone, email, and in person.

Valid driver's license

Dependable, efficient, long term member of our operations team.

Must be able to pass a Drug Screen and Background check.

JOB DUTIES:

As a flight coordinator strict adherence to company policy and procedure is imperative to the operations of the department. Professionalism and composure are key as you must be able to multi-task and prioritize under rigid time constraints. Candidate will need to communicate clearly and concisely while maintaining attention to detail during fast paced situations.

You will be accountable for scheduling arrangements, tracking of multiple aircraft and flight crew simultaneously during your shift; and must be able to work at times with limited or no supervision (after initial training). You will be responsible for the recording of confidential patient and passenger information along with the maintenance of flight records.

HOURS: Full-time (40+ hours per week. We are a 24/7 operation, so shifts and hours will vary depending on flight schedules. Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and some overtime.

PAY: Experience dependent ($18 to $22)
