Overview:

We are looking for a detail oriented and self-motivated Estimator to join our organization. The right candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized and capable of working with minimal supervision. Estimator:

Central Coast Casualty Restoration, Inc (CCCR) is seeking motivated and career minded Estimators. CCCR is an established, local general contractor specializing in fire and water damage restoration.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Field estimating for residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
Responsible to meet with clients, photograph, scope, sketch, accurately input and complete industry standard estimate to clients and their insurance companies.

Must be able to work within the confines of scoping guidelines and timeframes.

Effectively communicate estimate progress to staff, clients, and insurance companies.
Candidates must be passionate about construction, be able to effectively support administrative and operational staff members all the while possessing the desire to learn while contributing to the team.

Candidates must be coachable, able to manage their time and tasks, and possess a straightforward understanding of the construction process.

Education/Experience:

1. Experience in Residential and Commercial water restoration, construction, and/or contents estimating.
2. Xactimate experience is important and preferred.
3. Extensive customer service experience.
4. Microsoft office skills.

Candidates should also possess the following:
Must have a valid/clean DMV, a clear background and drug check.

Verifiable proof of eligibility to work.
Excellent written/verbal skills.

High School Graduate and or equivalent certification.

Professional demeanor and appearance.
Ability to work well with others, maintain professional interaction with clients, co-workers and vendors.
Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills.

Ability to read plans, drawings and create accurate take offs

Ability to keep/maintain accurate records, receipts, photo documentation and communication as they pertain to each project

Support, maintain, and enforce job site safety and security for homeowners, staff, subcontractors and vendors

Maintain and enforce company policy and contract requirements

Value and maintain a customer care attitude from preliminary phase to completion of project

Diplomacy and professionalism to others, always

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
