This position is located in our Global Headquarters in Johnston, RI. This department follows a hybrid work schedule.
Responsibilities:
This position performs complex routine and non-routine financial analysis and prepares reports to support management team decision making and to support and enhance the capability of the finance organization. Works independently with guidance in only the most complex situations.
Collects data, conducts complex analyses, and interprets the results to assess the impact on the organization, policies, processes or procedures to maintain compliance or improve operating efficiency or effectiveness. Solves complex problems; takes a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions.
Prepares analysis to identify and report opportunities for improvement; involves developing an understanding of new situations or regulations and identifying opportunities for integration with new or existing systems, processes or protocols.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting- 3-5 years’ experience in finance/accounting with data analysis focus
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Insurance industry experience
- SQL or PeopleSoft experience a plus!
The salary range for this position is $80,400 to $115,600 USD. The final salary offer will vary based on geographic location, individual education, skills, and experience.
