Clean Harbors is seeking a Field Inspector / Administrator to join the Project Services Organization.
Opportunity
- Work and learn under the guidance of Administration professionals.
- Gain experience in remediation, environmental construction, and waste management.
- Learn about Health & Safety and how it applies to office and field environments.
- Assist in the development of reports, manuals, agendas, and other project documents.
- Develop financial, disposal, and other logs required to track the progress of projects.
- Manage purchase orders, vendor invoices, and other financial aspects of projects.
- Acquire transportation and disposal knowledge throughout the shipment process.
- Coordinate schedules and appointments for field and other team members.
- Full-time hourly position, Monday through Friday, 40-hours plus per week.
Competencies:
- Work in a team environment and follow the direction of senior management.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior transportation, disposal, and data entry experience preferred.
- Proficient with computers, printers, copiers, web navigation, MS Suite, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Ability to learn new systems, software, and other skillsets.
Physical Requirements:
- Requires standing or sitting for extended periods of time, viewing computer monitors, acuity, grasping, reaching, stooping, crouching, and walking, typing.
- Requires speaking, listening, understanding, and writing English; color determination, depth perception, clarity of vision, and 20/20 eyesight (corrected or uncorrected).
- Maintains a clean and organized work environment, and a clean personal appearance. Facial hair must comply with the companies’ facial hair policy at all times.

- Comply with all Clean Harbors’ policies and procedures.
- Complete an employment application and satisfy all employment requirements, including a drug screen and background clearance.
- Provide a certified driving record and be approved to operate company vehicles.
Must always demonstrate a professional standard of conduct.
