Easton Companies' position of Field Engineer offers individuals the opportunity for future advancement to positions within the company and other divisions of Easton Companies.

Starting wage is dependent on experience. We will train in our actual processes.

Daily work will include a variety of tasks including, but not limited to:

• Residential and Commercial excavation and foundation layout
• Plan review and construction site coordination
• Foundation and excavation layouts; placing hub and tac; layout for footing and wall corners.
• Computer skills to include Excel and CAD
• Consistency through out every job all the time for accuracy

The ideal candidate will have the ability to:

• Show up to improve; Be reliable, be on time and be flexible
• Accountable for their actions; acting with personal ownership and pride
• Follow directions and complete projects in a thorough manner
• Accomplish a variety of tasks as the work load demands
• Work indoors and outdoors in year-round climates.
• Handle an average of 8 to 10 hours of physical labor daily
• Good communication skills and the ability to work with a variety of different contractors in a face paced environment.

Required skills to include:

• Valid Driver's License
• Proficiency/experience with Auto Cad Civil 3D, Revit, TopCon, Agtek and/or Trimble LM80 Software
• Proficiency/experience with layout equipment
• Construction knowledge in structural and civil drawings
• Survey background preferred

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour

• Bozeman, MT: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
