Position Summary:

The Family Estates Brand Manager – DTC is responsible for increasing, creating & analyzing promotions and programs to drive TWG’s e-commerce business, assisting in all electronic and physical communications (including newsletters and websites), managing and executing content, driving business to our websites and managing all loyalty/club programming. This position reports into the VP, Family Estates Brands and works cross-functionally with the Membership Managers, Sr. Hospitality Managers, Creative Manager, and Brand Marketing.

Position Responsibilities:

Wine Club Marketing Management (65%)

  • Develop Wine Club calendars and content: wine for each shipment, content needed, education support for Membership Managers
  • Partners with Membership Managers to ensure Hospitality teams are set up for success (collateral, website, calendar, events)
  • Manages Loyalty and tiering program for wine club memberships. Communicates with Membership Managers to ensure winery sales team have proper information on loyalty & tiering.
  • Executes wine club email communication: club shipments, loyalty / tiering, events, all other

Uncorked Management (15%)

  • Executes content update provided by VP Marketing – will line up with TWI sales execution calendar and Terlato.com
  • Ensure all current TWI and Winery products are merchandised on site with proper pricing (garner information from TWI marketing team)
  • Creates content for all email marketing to increase revenue and plans out yearly calendar
  • Uncorked transactions and promotions – work with TWI marketing to drive promotion calendar and Friends & Family sales (2x/year)

All other DTC Marketing Management (10%)

  • Works with VP, Family Estates Brands to ensure all pricing, discounts, and promotions are up to date and meeting financial goals
  • Develops content to drive retail room traffic. In conjunction with Sr. Hospitality Manager – creates content for tasting room collateral
  • In conjunction with Creative Manager ensure websites are refreshed with proper wine to be sold, email marketing, tasting room
  • Expert in (and proof of past performance) in all DTC systems (VinSuite, SalesForce, Tock, Deck, MailChimp, etc.)
  • Executes partnership programs with VNV, NVV, Chambers, SB Wine Alliance, etc. (direction comes from VP Marketing)
  • In conjunction with TWI marketing team, responsible for label updates and proper approvals

  • BA or BS in marketing or other business-related degree

Base Salary Range: $90,000 - $115,000
We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, length of service, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
