Position Summary:
In this role you will closely collaborate with VP GCO and Sr Directors for EU, Cascadion and International, and you will specifically be assigned the following activities:

• Calendar bookings
• Travel arrangements – Concur and Notilus
• Workday updates, PTO approvals
• SDG Administrator for Notilus
• Planning of conferences in EU for the GCO-team
• Assist with protocol at meetings
• Prepare PowerPoint-presentations
• Travel to in-person meetings/events 4-8 times/year, handling meeting logistics

Requirements:

• Degree in Languages, Human Sciences or similar
• Proficiency with the English and Italian language.
• Good problem-solving skills and logical approach to solving problems.
• Works well in a dynamic and result-driven team environment
• Preferable similar experience in same sector at least of 2/3 years
