Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including managing schedules, appointments, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
  • Collaborate with team members on various projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Assist with marketing and promotional activities, including social media management, content creation, and tracking the success of marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain digital and physical files, ensuring all information is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
  • Coordinate and facilitate internal and external communications, including drafting correspondence, managing email inboxes, and liaising with clients, partners, and team members.
  • Assist with basic IT tasks, troubleshooting, and coordinating with the IT department as needed.
  • Conduct research and compile reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Run errands as needed for the team, such as picking up supplies, mail, or other items.
  • Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in an administrative or support role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience with social media management and marketing strategies.
  • Basic understanding of IT concepts and troubleshooting techniques.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • A team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and professional demeanor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
