Chenega Analytic Business Solutions (CABS) provides federal agencies and commercial customers with trusted insights into Records and Information Management, Administrative Solutions, Information Technology, Engineering, and Training. Formed in 2017 to serve federal and commercial customers, CABS is 8(a) certified and has grown quickly into a leader in the federal IT and Training environment.

The Escort Support Personnel Assistant shall provide escort support and superior customer service to visitors and guests in support of the Office of Military Commission’s (OMC) mission at Joint Base Andrews (JBA), MD.
Responsibilities:
  • Arrive at JBA at 5:00 am every Saturday for an outgoing flight to Guantanamo Bay (GTMO), Cuba. Return the same day at 6:00 pm to meet the flight coming in from GTMO, Cuba.
  • Meet and greet Non-Governmental Organization Representatives (NGORs) and the media who will either be flying from JBA to GTMO or returning from GTMO to JBA.
  • Assist NGORs and media with loading luggage into the van and unloading at the terminal.
  • Coordinate with the designated government representative and other Escorts to ensure that all NGORs and media are accounted for.
  • Safely travel in a designated area using a company-provided vehicle to provide transportation and support services.
  • Monitor customer feedback and handle customer issues promptly and courteously.
  • Complete annual company and customer training requirements according to established policies and procedures.
  • Record labor hours daily in an online corporate system.
  • Travel up to 50% as required.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 1+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license.
  • Chauffeur’s license preferred.
  • Background check required, Interim Secret clearance required to start, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Maintain a high level of integrity and accountability.
  • Must have the ability to work in an on-call capacity.
  • Must be knowledgeable of all local traffic laws.
  • Must have the ability to safely operate an SUV.
  • Must have the ability to communicate with others in English, effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Must have the ability to provide a safe and stress-free ride environment.
  • Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Must have the ability to attend all customer in-person meetings and conferences as requested.
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as requested.
  • Ability to maintain a Secret clearance throughout the lifecycle of the contract.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% as required.
