Upon promotion to Associate Consultant, you will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Providing solutions and consultative support, ensuring high retention and net revenue growth by understanding client's needs.
  • Accurately maintaining CRM activity log, pipeline, forecasting and monthly reports,
  • Meeting and exceeding sales KPIs.
  • Collaborating with team and internal departments.
  • Managing your own portfolio of clients, both existing and new.
  • Searching and sourcing for potential new Businesses to sign while utilising multiple online resources.
  • Building close partnerships with clients to help their business grow by developing and delivering the best solutions for needs at hand.
  • Responsible for "hunting" new business opportunities and lead generation.
  • Negotiating commercial terms of business and rates.
