  • 4 night shifts – 3 days off
  • 3 days shifts – 1 day off

Day shift – 6:00am – 6:00pm

Night shift – 6:00pm – 6:00am

The Job You Will Perform:

  • You will learn to perform area-specific tasks such as:
    • Managing safety processes
    • Maintaining environmental compliance
    • Assisting operators on machines
    • Testing material to ensure quality and compliance
  • Accurately reading tape measures, gauges and other test equipment
  • Utilizing basic shop math, performing inspections
  • Accurately completing quality and administrative documents. Following directions and procedures.
  • This person will be assigned job functions such as clearing manufacturing upsets, learning to drive equipment (bobcat, front-end loader, tow-motor, etc). Cleanup functions such as using air hoses to clean equipment, cleaning and sweeping the machine area, picking up and shredding scrap and performing outside tasks.

The Skills You Will Bring:

  • Experience working in manufacturing environments
  • Reading and understanding technical training material
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Minimum high school graduate or GED
  • Must be:
    • At least 18 years of age
    • Eligible for employment in the U.S.
  • Must be willing to meet the following requirements:
    • Undergo a drug screen for illicit use of drugs as a condition of employment
    • Submit to periodic drug screens as a condition of employment
    • Work any shift and/or a rotating shift schedule
    • Work overtime on a regular basis and with last minute notification
    • Work holidays and/or weekends on a regular basis
    • Wear required safety equipment
    • Operate or work in industrial conditions (may be warm/hot, dusty/dirty, around hazardous chemicals, noise, heavy machinery or elevated working surfaces (with proper safety training and safety protection)
  • Regular attendance is an essential function of the job.
