They work closely with their customers to identify the best solution for their applications. This includes hundreds of off-the-shelf solutions to meet standard requirements, as well as custom solutions they create in collaboration with customer engineering teams around the world.

What an Entry-level Circuit Assembler will do:

• Assemble circuits utilizing a microscope
• Work closely with other assemblers, manufacturing technicians and production supervisors
• Build high quality products for our customers while following operating policies, procedures, and standard work in a safe work environment
• Learn new things by cross training in other areas and product families
• Complete assigned paperwork and enter information about materials, work-in-progress, finished goods, and other operations into the computer accurately
• Identify any quality issues that occur at your workstation and tell your lead, supervisor and/or co-workers right away to make sure only good product gets shipped to the custome
• Use tools, materials, and equipment according to safety and operational principles and practices

What it takes to become an Entry-level Circuit Assembler:

• Strong experience responding to and resolving questions and concerns
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multi-cultural environme
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for internal and external customer contact
