ON-SITE POSITION IN KANSAS CITY, MISSOURI

As a Mylo Enterprise Integration Engineer, you will empower our digital agency with the most effective Enterprise Integration Solutions for driving business success. Partnering with product teams and stakeholders, you will analyze, design and/or implement ideal solutions using AP/integration tools such as MuleSoft, Synatic or Boomi. You will bring solid functional knowledge of Salesforce as well as experience with other SaaS solutions including AWS services, PeopleSoft, Vertafore AMS360, etc.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Work with the project team to gather business and functional requirements by scoping, defining, and prioritizing requirements
• Map functional requirements to features and functionality within appropriate SaaS solutions.
• Understand and document requirements for configuring, testing, and launching solutions
• Understand requirements and Identify opportunities for future enhancements
• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile inconsistencies and break down high-level information into details
• Work independently and with Architects and Developers to transform new requirements into design and implementation
• Develop, maintain and perform processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity in platform applications, create training materials/documentation and help train new users
• Serve as the EA administrator, handling basic functions including User/Profile Role Creation/Maintenance, Custom and Formula Fields, Validation Rules, report and dashboard creation, Workflows & and Process Builder
• Support testing cycles (UAT, regression, system) and/or Training/Training Materials
• Demonstrate strong data management abilities
• Demonstrate the ability to understand and articulate complex requirements

Experience:

• Understanding of Continuous Delivery principles and experience implementing them
• Understanding of Agile principles and experience working in such an environment
• Ability to apply a wide variety of open-source technologies and tools
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience handling large scale, multi-tenant cloud software
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS preferred
• Experience with SQL and noSQL databases preferred
• High emotional intelligence
• Ability to communicate clearly in both verbal and written form

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience administering and architecting (SaaS) enterprise applications
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests
• Strong expertise in creative and analytical thinking and problem-solving
• Demonstrated exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and with outside constituents and vendors
• Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and participate in problem solving efforts
• Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on enterprise applications and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes
• Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
