Due to ongoing growth, we are currently looking for individuals to assist with customer’s fingerprinting needs in our Monroeville location. We use a variety of technologies and approaches to deliver quality product and services to government agencies and technology companies. About the Job (includes but is not limited to):

· Greet customers promptly and in a friendly manner.

· Answer incoming phone calls and questions regarding the fingerprinting process.

· Fingerprint and assist customers through the fingerprint process.

· Keep workspace and office clean and tidy.

· Enrollment Agents may be asked to complete additional administrative tasks such as filing, shredding, putting orders away, and stocking fingerprinting areas.

· Keep up with assigned trainings.

· Cross-sell other services offered by Gazda Identity Services.

· Complete tasks as required/needed by Supervisor/Manager.

· Enrollment Agents may be asked to cover other locations as needed.

Qualifications:

· Required to have a high school diploma or GED and have some knowledge of computers.

· Must be able to pass background check, credit check, and drug test at time of hire and random drug screenings.

· Must be outgoing, professional, and friendly. Works well under stress, and be able to work individually or as part of a team.

· Required to stand for long periods of time, bend down when needed to grab objects, and clean.

We provide gloves and sanitizing supplies for workstations.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
