Job description

The Electrical Project Manager (PM) is self-motivated and works autonomously with a variety of customers to determine requirements and provide pricing quotes. Our PM's read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics and computer-generated reports. After finalizing the design process, our PM’s also create a workflow traveler to direct contracted and in-house lifecycle project completion. Previous hands-on manufacturing experience and an understanding of fabricating, machine and welding is strongly desired.

Job Functions:

• MS Project
• Meet with and determine customer requirements.
• Research and test manufacturing and assembly methods
• Direct workflow with shop personnel

Work Environment:

• Office and manufacturing shop floor
• Hours for position are dictated by workload and at times may require more than a typical 40-hour work week.
• Some Saturday hours may be required.

Compensation:

• This is a full-time, performance-based position; wages are commensurate with skills and experience.
