Reports to: Director of Partnerships

Overview: Amigos Tutoring is a fast-growing education company that provides high-quality tutoring services to K-12 students across South Florida. We are seeking an experienced Education Partnership Manager to join our team and help us build and maintain strong relationships with schools and educational institutions. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of the education industry and the needs of educators and students.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for schools and educational institutions partnering with Amigos Tutoring, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Develop and execute strategic plans for building and expanding partnerships with schools, including identifying potential new partners and developing proposals and presentations
• Collaborate with internal teams to create and deliver customized solutions to meet the unique needs of each partner school, including tutoring programs and services that align with their goals and objectives
• Provide training and support to school personnel, including teachers and administrators, to ensure successful implementation and utilization of Amigos Tutoring's products and services
• Monitor and report on key metrics related to partnership success, including revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and engagement levels
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement in Amigos Tutoring's education partnerships strategy
• Attend conferences and events to represent Amigos Tutoring and build relationships with new and existing partners

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in education partnership management, business development, or a related field
• Deep knowledge of the education industry, including familiarity with K-12 and higher education markets, as well as the needs and challenges of educators and students
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders
• Must be fluent in both Spanish and English
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be available to work 7am to 3pm weekdays
• Must live in Miami, Florida or surrounding areas
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute complex partnership strategies
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to achieve shared goals
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,566.32 - $48,854.07 per year
