Job description

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic draftsperson with experience in residential and/or resort projects to join our team. You will working on projects in all stages of the design and construction process, from initial concept drafting to custom construction details. You will be responsible for assembling permit and construction sets; therefore, the right candidate for this position is an expert in AutoCAD 2D and has some construction site experience. Excellent verbal and visual communication skills are paramount to ensure all project needs are being met. Travel may be required, and having your own vehicle is a must. You should be knowledgeable in assembling permit sets and feel comfortable and confident interacting with consultants. We love the process of presenting ideas to our clients, so knowledge of SketchUp (with V-Ray) and Adobe Creative Suite programs is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
