WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

The Dealer Parts Support Agent for CEE Markets is responsible for responding to Dealers needs through processing from order to delivery (depending on incoterms) to the Dealer.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing a portfolio of Dealers and Dealer satisfaction to improve the sales of CNH
• Guarantor of branding and sustainability of the relationship with the Client
• Process, clients track orders, obtain timely and pro-actively seek the urgent missing parts
• Track Shipments
• Process and track returns and claims
• Train Client on CNH systems
• Support the Client for all logistics matters.

YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bac to Bac +2 (ideally customer relations Negotiation, international trade or similar)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Fluency in English (read, written, spoken)
• The ability to identify customer needs
• Knowledge of products
• Master software and databases CNH
