The Department of Patient Transport at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania is seeking a Full-Time Dispatcher:
Summary:
Primary function will be to coordinate activities related to the transportation of patients and communicating information to internal and external customers. Receives transport calls from various sources and assists in the triaging and prioritizing of requests to assure a timely response. Utilizes the transport module of the NaviCare CTCM System to dispatch requests for transport services.
Education or Equivalent Experience:
- High school education or GED (Required)
- Associates Degree or a minimum of 1 year of related experience (Preferred)
