Dishwasher/steward will wash dishes, pots and pans, mop floors, clean kitchen equipment and ensure there is an adequate supply of clean china, glassware and silver.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the proper cleaning, rack and distribution of all china, silver and glassware.
- Maintains required standards of sanitation and cleanliness.
- Minimize breakage of circulating equipment.
- Follow/enforce company policies and procedures.
- Complete other duties as assigned by management.
- Clean guest floors or all dishes and glasses.
- Assist the kitchen team if extra hands are needed with prep.
- Maintains the back of house, breakroom, and trash/recycling disposal areas.
- Assist with organizing stock in various areas of the kitchen.
