Dirt Busters House Cleaning specializes in recurring residential cleaning services - our office is located in Peoria and serves 70% of the Phoenix Metro area. We have over 1000 recurring customers and 60 employees.

What you’ll do

As Director of Operations, you’ll be responsible for:

• Getting your hands dirty and helping out where needed.
• Jumping into every role at every department level to research, learn, and optimize.
• Leading the company in an EOS/Traction environment with an awesome team.
• Keeping a firm pulse on industry direction.
• Working with marketing, sales, operations, and finance departments to ensure success.
• Prioritizing initiatives for business growth.
• Ensure we are taking full advantage of all the software subscriptions.
• Implementing internal tools as needed to increase operational efficiency throughout the organization.
• Faithfully executes the business plan.
• Meets or exceeds planned P&L objectives.
• Leads, manages, and holds the leadership team accountable for achieving agreed-upon commitments.
• Integrates all major operating functions of the business. Models the way, always working toward the greater good of the business.
• Resolves issues effectively—seeing real problems, being comfortable with conflict, calling out the problems, and solving the problems in a practical and healthy manner.
• Ensures the leadership team is healthy, functional, and cohesive.
• Ensures that everyone is truly following, and adhering to, the company’s core processes and operating system with consistency.
• Demonstrates effective project management skills.
• Dependably demonstrates a relentless obsession with values alignment, focus, simplicity, and clarity.
• Effectively collaborates with the owner and stays on the same page. Maintains a high level of mutual respect. Realizes the unique contributions and ideas that the owner has, and possesses an ability to filter and translate those ideas into functional plans for the company.
• Confirms that all key messages are properly and consistently cascaded across the organization. Inherently ensures that everyone is in the know. Verifies that a high level of effective communication exists throughout the organization.
• Recruits, screens, and onboards leadership team executives.
• Ensures all KPI metrics are being met throughout the company
• Ensure state and federal compliance.
• Forecast bottlenecks and help navigate the growth of the company

What you’ll need

The following experience is relevant to us:

• 10+ years of experience as a general manager, COO, or CEO in a service industry.
• A proven track record of success in working with a leadership team to scale a company from 5 million to at least 15 million
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Experience with using metrics to drive results throughout the organization
• Comfortable engaging and conducting research with customers, vendors and employees in all levels of the organization, and smartly integrating insights into the strategic plan.
• Experience leading teams and scaling through growth ceilings.

Pay: Up to $116,000.00 per year
