The Director, Corporate Communications is a critical new role in Quotient Technology’s marketing organization, and will be responsible for developing the organization’s centralized communications strategy and ensuring alignment across key business functions. This role supports leadership as a communications strategist, working directly with public relations, investor relations, event strategy, and human resources teams to ensure consistency and cohesion of communications across all key stakeholder groups for the company.
We are looking for someone that is a strategic thinker, is creative, and brings to the table best-in-class experience in developing communications programs to directly support the business’s strategy and priorities. The ideal candidate will be passionate and energetic while planful and organized, and will enjoy working with a broad variety of leaders and functions on a day-to-day basis in this highly visible role.

What you'll do:

  • Develop coordinated, company-wide framework for aligning communications across employees, investors, clients and the broader industry
  • Implement and manage key communications policies, guidelines, templates and tools to ensure consistency of communications across the organization
  • Manage public relations and industry analyst relations efforts, working with agency partners to develop relationships with key influencers to deliver favorable industry exposure
  • Develop and execute employee communications programs to maximize key events across the year such as product launches, corporate updates, wins and other achievements
  • Work with content operations team to optimize corporate social media strategy
  • Ensure organizational interlocks and alignment with key internal groups such as executive leadership, human resources, investor relations, sales enablement and product marketing
  • Motivate and manage a high-performing team. Identify how to best leverage resources across the communications and broader marketing team, as well as external resource
  • Oversee communications measurement, including the design and operation of relevant reports and dashboards

What you'll bring:

  • 7-10 years’ experience in corporate and/or marketing communications roles, with experience working for a publicly traded company
  • Hands-on public relations and (industry) analyst relations experience, ideally within the CPG and retail industry/ies
  • Experienced in the development and implementation of corporate brand messaging guidelines
  • Strong written and oral communications skills, demonstrating an understanding of needs of different stakeholder groups and audiences
  • Confident in executive level communications, and communications to multiple stakeholder groups with varying goals and needs
  • Excellent project management, with a history of managing large projects
  • Strategic and well-versed in objective-driven planning and reporting
  • Practiced at leading teams with a growth mindset, and passionate about team learning and development
In Colorado, California, Washington, and New York City, the annual base salary range for this role is $185k-$195k. The hired applicant will be eligible for an annual bonus and will receive an equity grant in the form of either a direct grant of stock that will be specified in the employment agreement or an option to purchase stock in the future for a specified price.
