Duties of a Digital Marketer:

● Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across the following platforms:

o Display

o Google (Search, Display and YouTube)

o Social Ad Platforms

▪ Facebook/Instagram

▪ LinkedIn

▪ SnapChat

▪ TikTok

▪ LinkedIn

● Plan and manage digital campaign budgets

● Test and optimize campaign targeting and creative

● Participate in meetings to understand internal and client advertising objectives and goals

● Assist in activation of all paid advertising buys by providing recommendations on budget allocation, media timing, media pressure, tactics and KPIs

● Expertise in organic and paid Facebook, Google, Youtube, Instagram, Snapchat advertising

● Evaluate customer research, market conditions & competitor data to then form feasible campaign solutions from that data

● Ability to understand and analyze the conversion funnel including lead gen and on-site conversion

● Onboarding of new clients, development of pixel strategies, and custom audience builds

● Set up and management of Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics on behalf of client

● Assist with campaign analysis and reporting for multiple clients and markets on schedule using aggregate tools; able to provide insights and action steps to improve buys and plans month over month or campaign to campaign

● Stay current with industry news and trends

Requirements:

● Bachelor degree in Marketing/Business/Communications or higher

● At least 4 years of experience in Paid Digital Media campaign management including managing PPC, SEO and other digital organic and paid campaigns

● Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practices

● Experience with digital display, search, social media and e-mail campaigns

● Experience in use of Google products including Drive, Sheets, and Docs

● Experience with Meta Business Suite and tag troubleshooting a must

● Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

● Experience in understanding, analyzing, and meeting business goals

● Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role

● Strong attention to detail

● Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail and presentation skills

● Ability to multi-task and possess strong time management and organizational skills

● Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment

● Ability to work in a flexible, hybrid remote environment

● Comfort with semi-regular direct contact with clients, on as-needed and reporting basis

DSB&P is looking for a digital marketing professional that has experience managing digital display, SEO, PPC, and Social Media campaigns. This person should have a strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies and best practices.
