Part-time or Full-time Dental Receptionist position in Elk Grove Village

Our team-oriented dental office is looking to add an additional dental receptionist for either a part-time or full-time position.

Hours Available (flexible, hours can be tailored):

• Mondays: 9am-6:30pm
• Tuesdays: 9am-6:30pm
• Wednesdays: 9am-5:30pm - REQUIRED
• Thursdays: 9am-6:30pm
• Fridays: 8am-3:30pm
• Optional: work from home on weekends

Experience is preferred but not necessary. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys and is comfortable speaking with people in person and on the phone.

Job Duties (will be taught):

• Answering and making phone calls to patients to schedule appointments, get insurance information and collect balances
• Calling insurance companies to verify patient benefits
• Greeting and checking patients in and out and making appointments and collecting balances
• Inputting patient information into the computer
• Scanning documents

Hourly Pay of $18-19. Paid-time off after 3 months of employment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• dental receptionist duties: 1 year (Preferred)
• Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
