We are excited to bring on a part-time to full-time Dental and Sterilization Assistant to join our outstanding team of shiny, happy people! Our close-knit group is looking for a highly efficient and motivated team player who is friendly, enthusiastic, and likes to work in a fast-paced environment, is eager to learn, and enjoys serving people with a smile!

Experience a plus, but not necessary. We offer on the job training for the right fit!

Must maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times.

Duties

• Maintain all infection control protocols outlined in OSHA and office guidelines
• Use all existing procedural and Daily/Weekly Checklists
• Sterilize instruments and rooms
• Prepare dental trays and rooms
• Assist dentist and dental assistant by handling supplies and instruments as requested.
• Assist hygienist with documenting periodontal measurements during appointments
• Maintain office cleanliness
• Assembling patient goodie bags
• Laundering office scrubs and blankets onsite
• Greet patients
• Answer phone calls as necessary
• Project-based tasks
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 2 years customer service experience in any industry
• Proof of vaccination for COVID-19
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt
• Must maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Ability to lift up to 40 LBS

Schedule

• 8:00 am – 2:00 pm Tuesday - Friday (to start)
• Flexibility for additional hours or full time work as needed
• 6:00 am - 2:30 pm Monday - Friday (beginning Summer 2023)
• No evenings or weekends!

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
