Now hiring a motivated Delivery Trainer to train Delivery Drivers and Merchandisers.

• Train Merchandisers and Delivery Drivers to properly deliver, check-in, set-up, and merchandise product
• Assist with delivery and merchandising as needed
• Provide ongoing training and support to new hires and tenured employees
• Availability to work additional days and holiday as business needs dictate
• Work closely with Delivery Leadership team to ensure execution in the market
• Tuesday-Saturday with early morning starts

• $22 - 24 per hour

The Qualified Candidate:

• Leadership or training experience
• Preferred knowledge of distribution industry
• You are detail oriented and efficiently organized
• Able to take constructive feedback and willing to provide top notch customer service in accounts
• Able to maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image to the public

Job Qualifications:

Acceptable Motor Vehicle record and valid driver's license

• Pre-employment drug testing and background

• Able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 60 pounds and 158 pound kegs
• Ability to obtain and maintain DOT Medical Card
• Ability to obtain Class A CDL
